1. Product Availability

Ordering is subject to stock availability. Due to the popularity of some items, frequency of online orders, or stock discrepancies we may not be able to fulfill your order at the time of purchase or in one shipment. If this occurs, we highly recommend that you place your order when the stock is available.
Due to exclusive arrangements with some retailers, not all Huffy products are available for sale on hk.huffy.asia/

2. Shipping

***Latest COVID-19 Delivery Arrangement

Due to the current rampant pandemic situation in Hong Kong, our appointed 3rd party logistics company will deliver the goods to the management office or reception desk of your building instead of delivering to your flat.  If your building doesn’t have management office or reception desk, the 3rd party logistics company with contact you 45 minutes prior to delivery.

We would contact customer via phone to confirm and arrange delivery date within 3-5 days. We ship to Hong Kong addresses only or pick-up at designated locations. Shipping costs will vary depend on the total ordering price or during periodical special promotion. This cost will be displayed to you at checkout and collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Any Free Shipping promotions that are offered are available to Hong Kong area only.

  1. Paid & free delivery service are only applicable to Hong Kong SAR residential addresses, except outlying islands, commercial addresses, restricted areas and construction sites.   We are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.
We provide the following delivery options :
  1. Upon single purchase over HK$800, free delivery to one destinated residential location within Hong Kong, except PO box, commercial addresses, outlying islands, restricted areas, and construction sites.   Additional labor charges may be incurred for buildings without an elevator.
  2. For purchases under HK$800, a delivery fee of HK$80 will be collected upon pick-up. Delivery will be made to one destinated residential location within Hong Kong, except PO box, commercial addresses, outlying islands, restricted areas, and construction sites.   Additional labor charges may be incurred for buildings without elevators.

  3. You may choose to pick up your product at “The Hub – Customer Service Center”, no additional delivery fee is needed

In any case, your product can be kept at our Customer Service Center for a maximum of 7 working days and we reserve the right to handle the product.  Additional fees may be incurred if you will collect after the said period.

The courier will deliver your parcel based on the time schedule below. Please contact us for any inquiries.

Delivery Schedule:

Hong Kong Island: Every Monday, Thursday

Kowloon: Every Wednesday, Saturday

New Territories / Discovery Bay: Every Tuesday, Friday

我們會在顧客下單後之 3-5天 内與顧客聯絡,確認及安排送貨。我們只提供給香港地區送貨或在指定地點提取貨品,運費則根據訂單總金額或優惠推廣活動而定,運費將會在結賬頁面顯示及在付款時收取。所有免運費推廣活動只適用於香港地區。

  1. 所有付費及免費送貨服務適用香港境内的住宅地址,不包括離島、商業地址禁區、工業地盤及郵政信箱地址。
  2. 單次購物滿$800港元,住宅區可享免運費。
  3. 單次購物在$800港元内,則向顧客收取$80港元運費送往住宅區。
  4. 顧客可在客戶服務中心自行提取貨品。若顧客在通知日期後的七天内無法自取貨品,將視爲放棄貨品擁有權。如因任何原因未能自取貨品,請儘快與客服聯絡,我們會爲您提供協助。
  5. 本店出貨時間為星期一至六,公眾假期除外。

送貨時間:

由倉庫直接寄出  於客戶服務中心取貨
在確認送貨安排後至 5-7天送遞地址 在確認送貨安排後之5-7天内取貨

 

物流快遞會根據以下派送時間表送貨,如有疑問,歡迎與我們聯絡。

地區派送時間表:

港島區:逢星期一,四

九龍區:逢星期三,六

新界區 / 愉景灣:逢星期二,五

 

3. Processing and Delivery Time

Orders will be delivered to your address within 5 business days after the order has been placed and processed by us. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

訂單處理時間

通常在下訂單並於訂單被本公司處理後的5個工作天內送抵府上。我們的倉庫在星期一至星期五的正常工作時間內運行,但國家法定節慶假日將關閉。在這種情況下,我們將採取措施確保將運送時間縮短至最低。


COVID-19 Alert: 

To protect health for our couriers and our customers, our delivery service will be suspended for the buildings with confirmed cases of COVID-19.   Our customer service will communicate with you on recovery date or other delivery options.  Carriers are experiencing periodic delays in service due to high volumes and Covid restrictions. Transit times may be longer than quoted above.

4. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If your order arrives damaged from the carrier, contact Huffy within 72 hours at enquiry@covation.asia
If parts are missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Service using our  Contact Us link or call us at 2682 0262
